Sweet Tea

Sweet tea is a birthright in South Carolina — brewed by the gallon, sweetened by the cup, served over more ice than seems necessary. The candle catches the pitcher at the peak of summer: peach and green at the top, jasmine and sweet floral through the middle, musk underneath.
