East Bay Bourbon Cider

East Bay is the bourbon-bar side of Charleston — warm and low-lit in October, brick walls, a stool at the end. The candle catches the drink at the end of a long night: apple and cinnamon and orange at the top, bourbon and butter and coconut through the middle, maple and vanilla settling underneath.
